KL162 : Drop step + one-handed + overhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball
    Spin the ball to yourself
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. Drop step
    Drop step opposite foot to the basket. Plant the foot and reverse pivot. Rotate the body 270 degrees inwards (the back turns first).
  4. one-handed
    Lead the ball with only one hand to strengthen ball security.
  5. step
    push from behind
  6. overhand layup
    Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square
