KL156 : Dribble to the basket + wrist work + Underhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball
    Spin the ball to yourself
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. Crossover step (step across body)
    Dribble with outside hand- foot and ball touch the floor at the same time, inside foot and free hand protect the ball
  4. Step through to basket with 2 contacts
    Prepare a shot immediately after receiving the ball
  5. wrist work
    During sequence of steps steps reload between upper and lower hand.
  6. Underhand layup
    Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square
