KL148 : Prebounce ball overhead + Dribble to the basket + Underhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball overhead
    Spin the ball to yourself so that you can catch it overhead and prepare a throw before you touch the ground.
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. Crossover step (step across body)
    Dribble with outside hand- foot and ball touch the floor at the same time, inside foot and free hand protect the ball
  4. Step through to basket with 2 contacts
    Prepare a shot immediately after receiving the ball
  5. Underhand layup
    Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square
