KL108 : Dribble to the basket + Wrap around + 360 + Underhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball
    Spin the ball to yourself
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. step with one dribble
    Foot and ball touch the floor at the same time, dribble and step make one sound
  4. Wrap around
    Wrap the ball around your waist. Ball gets handed over behind the back from one hand to the other, arms outstretched
  5. 360
    turning around the ball, two floor contacts towards basket
  6. Underhand layup
    Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square
