Sequence of arbitrary steps
base line
The base line symbolizes the floor. Does a sign touch the line, it means floor contact.
Left
A dot marks, that a certain movement should be executed with the left leg or left hand.
Score
Exercise with the goal of a certain number of succesful baskets.
Time
Exercise with time limit.
Repetition
The complete exercise is repeated. The amount of repetitions and its mirroring is displayed per travel path position and the sum is computed.
Mirroring
For repetitions with remark "R" and "L" all sign underneath the mirroring bracket will be permuted.Shot practice 41
