KL183 : 360 Pivot + Wrap around + Drop step + Wrap around + overhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball
    Spin the ball to yourself
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. 360 Pivot
    360 pivot away from the basket on your top foot, keep center of gravity low.
  4. Wrap around
    Wrap the ball around your waist. Ball gets handed over behind the back from one hand to the other, arms outstretched
