KL152 : Delay + Dribble to the basket + overhand layup

  1. Prebounce ball
    Spin the ball to yourself
  2. Two foot jump stop
    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. Delay
    Pause between moves in certain position to contrast with next move that is very fast.
  4. Crossover step (step across body)
    Dribble with outside hand- foot and ball touch the floor at the same time, inside foot and free hand protect the ball
  5. Step through to basket with 2 contacts
    Prepare a shot immediately after receiving the ball
  6. overhand layup
    Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square
